Old Palm City

On the way to the gated, freighted and freewayed frenzy that is now South Florida,  this old Palm City neighborhood has been nestled since the 70's. Along with the cool, tree lined streets and the large winding lots, we boast a remarkable population of wildlife....fox and heron, tortoise and gator,  manatee and skunk and snake and squirrel, to name just a few! Within view of the existing Palm City Bridge, our borders are roughly Martin Downs Blvd. to Mapp Road, Mapp to All American, and the point of land that juts out and returns as the new Indian Street Bridge approach at the intersection of 36th Street and St. Lucie Shores Blvd, riverside. Navigable canals twist into the heart of St. Lucie Shores, making half the properties waterfront and the rest within a block or two of the water, with all the pleasures afforded one who craves solitude, easy access and relative privacy so close to the heart of Martin County. A beautiful little church sits at the basin the welcomes the boater back to our yards, with a solemn cross on at the edge standing witness to the beauty nature has wrought for us.
